How to shop on GIOGEM.COM? |

1.First make sure if you are a member. If not, we recommend you to join our membership for FREE! You will get a better deal if you login as a member first before you do any shopping.
2. Simply click on "Add to Shopping Cart" button to put the item into your shopping cart. If you wish to purchase more than one, repeat clicking the buttons as many times as you want. You may also change the quantity of your order when you click on "View Shopping Cart" icon.
3. When you have finished shopping, click on "Check Out" at the top right hand corner.
4. Make sure the item number and quantity is correct and fill out the information for billing. You must fill in the blank where there is a * next to it.
5. At the bottom of the page, select your payment type.
6. If you choose to pay by paypal, the shopping system will transfer you to PayPal's webpage. And you can decide how you want to pay.
7. If you choose to pay through check or money order, you will receive an email where to send the money.
8. Make sure the items on the email you receive for confirmation of your order is correct.
9. Payment must be paid within 2 weeks. Your order will be cancelled if your payment is not received within two weeks.
10. As soon as we receive your payment, we will begin the process of your order. You should be able to receive your merchandise withing 7 to 10 working days. |
