I can't buy the quanity I need.
If you want to place an order, but the system informs you that the quanity you ordered exceed current stock quantity, you can contact us directly by phone or by e-mail. Please note that some gemstones are one of a kind item, and cannot be placed in quanity. If you are ordering beads, but exceed current stock quanity. Please call us, or write to us. We can manufacture the your order within 2 weeks once payment is received.
How do I check the status of my order?
First, you need to log onto our website and log into your account. After you have successfully login, click on "Member's Corner." You should be able to check the status or make changes to your profile from there.
Why can't I find the status of my order?
Plese varify that the account name and password you input are correct.
If both of them are corrct, and your order number still does not appear, this means your order has not been successfully placed. Please email us, our customer service agent will get back to you as soon as possible. Thank you.
Do you have a storefront?Can we pick up the package ourselves?
We do not have a retail storefront in United States. However, we do have an office in New York. If you want to make an appointment to view the merchandise, please contact our customer service to schedule an appointment. Thank you.

I paid Giogem. When will the merchandise arrive?
Your merchandise is usually shipped out within three days after confirmation of payment. Shipping usually takes one to two weeks. This does not include days delayed if package is held in custom service. If you are a member, you may also go to our website to check the status of your order.
How can I return the goods?
According to our company policy, our members are allowed to return the merchandise within 7 days after receival of shipment. However, merchandise to be returned must remain brand new, with mouse tags attached, or remain in plastic wrap. All documents must be returned. We will not refund shipping and handling charge. Customer are expect to pay for returning ship rates. If merchandise is lost during return shipment, clients are responsible for all the lost.
Giogem will not accept returns or exchange under these circumstances:
1. Product received over 7 days.
2.Product, document, package, or tags lost or damaged.
3.Product worn and scratched.
4.Missing invoice documents.
5.Product stated non-returnable during purchase.
Do you have a printed catalogue to give away?
Unfortunately we don't have any printed catalogue. We have most of our stuffs in our inventory listed on the websited. Feel free to search by entering a word into the "search" area on top of the right hand corner of the webpage. We will let our customers know once we have a printed catalogue. If you are looking for something specific, you can also call us directly and ask since we constantly have new items available every week.

How do I use my coupon?
Please enter your authorized code into the "Comments" area during check out. Select payment by check or money order. We will send your merchandised to you once your check goes through. "Loupe Clean" being the best and "Included" being the lowest clarity level.

Is the color shown on the screen same as the merchandise?
We cannot promise the picture you see on your monitor represent 100% what the actual product looks like in terms of the color. Each screen monitor is slightly different based on its pixel and manufacturer. We try our best to display our product. But we have been facing some difficulty in taking pictures of these following item. 1. Displaying the purplish red in Burmese Ruby...our pictures tends to look more orange red with no fire. 2. Displaying the green in emerald...picture display tends to look more bluish green than that actual vibrant green seen in actual stone. 3. The play of color and irredescent in ammolite and opal. Flat picture simply cannot show the change in color of the actual stone at the slightest tilt in angles. Can you ship to other countries besides United States?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please contact us directly if you would like to place an order outside of United States. Shipping fee is $38/kilogram for FedEx, DHL, or UPS. For EMS registered mail, shipping fee will be $15/kilogram. All weight will be rounded up to the closest full figure.
